We are managing and creating UX/UI website design and development for Entice Energy startup that aims to supply energy (gas and electricity) to domestic household across the UK.

Develop future solutions that sets the brand of Entice Energy apart from the competitors like a fresh take on an already saturated area. We started with Gas services which set a lot of database challenges due to recently introduced GDPR policy.

Our job was to make the switch more secure and easy for our customers and introduce Electric switching to provide one stop solution for users.

We started with Entice energy in third quarter of 2017. Our first step was to clear out a lot of errors in the previously designed flow of the site and to provide seamless UX.

We partnered with other regulated database providers to make the forms almost autofill based on provided meter numbers from the users. The next challenge was to match the MPRN number based on the addresses which is the KEY info for the company to make a switch. We developed a unique algorithm that filters from millions of addresses and provide correct MPRN almost every time the users enters their details so they donʼt have to worry about finding one in most cases.

The next step was to introduce Electricity switching for ours users and move towards a one stop solutions for cheaper Gas and electricity providers across UK. We released the electricity switching services in the last quarter of 2018 and have been seeing tremendous responses from the users.
